Ultimate Brain comes with a dedicated My Day ****page for planning out your day.
The main feature of this page is the “virtual whiteboard”, which consists of two lists - Tasks & Events and Self-Care.
These lists exist in a Synced Block, and you’ll find that same Synced Block at the top of several other pages in Ultimate Brain - including the Dashboard, Task Inbox, Today, and more. You can easily open up the My Day list from any of these pages to add tasks.
<aside> ✅ Use these lists to write out the actions you plan to accomplish today.
It’s a good idea to follow the Rule of Three here - try to limit your day’s plan to three main actions. This will make it more likely that you’ll be able to accomplish everything you set out to do.
Self-Care items can planned out as well. I find that explicitly planning these out helps me, as I often get caught up in my work and forget to do things like drinking enough water or taking breaks to go for a walk!

Upcoming Tasks has views for both scheduled tasks (those with a Due Date) and “Do Next” tasks (those on the GTD-style Do Next list - learn about that list here: GTD Workflow with the Process Page)

<aside> ✅ Finally, you’ll find an area where you can create a Daily Journal ****entry, and a listing of your High-Priority Projects.
