<aside> ✅ Many people use **Readwise** to collect highlights and clips from web pages, Kindle books, podcasts, tweets, and more. And thanks to Readwise’s Notion export option, you can automatically send all of those highlights to Notion!

However, Readwise is different from extensions like Notion’s official web clipper or Save to Notion, as it does not allow you to choose which database your highlights are synced to.

This means that easy integration with a template like Ultimate Brain is not possible. You can’t just send your highlights to Ultimate Brain automatically (I recommend Save to Notion for this).

However, you can manually integrate your Readwise Notion database with your copy of Ultimate Brain. Scroll down to find a video tutorial that’ll show you exactly how to do this, step-by-step.

<aside> ⚠️ Caution: If you’re going to modify Ultimate Brain, I highly recommend creating a backup of it first - especially if you’ve already added notes, tasks, and other data to it.

<aside> ⚠️ Caution: While we do provide support for questions in our Circle community, we have limited ability to support issues/questions related to modifications and changes you want to make. Additionally, the more you change Ultimate Brain, the less we’ll be able to help you fix or upgrade things.

Additionally, whenever I publish upgrade guides for new features in Ultimate Brain, they’ll always be shown on the public version of the template. If you significantly modify your template, you may find it harder to perform any upgrades shown in my upgrade guides.

Notion is yours to customize - but do so at your own risk! Consider working through my Notion Fundamentals series so you’re familiar with all of Notion’s features. I’ll likely have more advanced courses coming in the future as well.
