<aside> 👁️ Learn about this view: Organize Your Life with Areas

<aside> 💡 An Area is “a sphere of activity with a standard to be maintained over time.” In Ultimate Brain, Areas contain Projects (both One-Time and Ongoing, the latter being used to “maintain the standard” of the Area), Notes, and even Resources.

<aside> 💡 A Resource is “a topic or theme of ongoing interest.” As opposed to Areas, Resources aren’t associated with Projects, as they aren’t action-oriented. Instead, they’re places to capture and organize information about a specific topic of interest. Resources can be associated with Areas, acting as a sub-category for notes within an Area - e.g. Music (Area) → Songwriting (Resource).
