Notion's New Grouping feature is implemented into this view now. When you create a new Channel, hit "+" at the right of the kanban board to add your channel as a column. You may also see a "copy" of Your 1st Channel, which you can't add new rows to. This is a Notion bug, which I have reported to Notion's team. You're safe to simply delete that copy using the three-dot menu next to it.
You can also switch to the Tag View for this board. There, you can create tags to group your ideas. It's still easy to split them out by channel later on.
To keep things clean, ideas become Cold 6 months after they've last been updated (any change to a page will trigger an update). You can also manually check the Graveyard checkbox to clean them out of Channel and Tag view. You'll find Cold ideas in the Cold Ideas view, and anything you've added to the Graveyard will be safely kept in the Idea Graveyard view. That way, old/non-urgent ideas won't gunk up your main ideas views - but you'll never lose them!

<aside> 💡 [Tutorial Block] With the Notion API, you can now accept content ideas from your followers via Typeform or Google Form! I use Typeform myself and recommend it - Typeform has a native Notion integration (documentation for that coming).
Note: If you choose to build an API integration to accept reader ideas, realize that you're opening up your Notion database to the public! Be careful with how you set up your integration, and be aware that anyone with the link to your submission form can enter any text they want.
Out of an abundance of caution, we use a separate database for follower submissions so no outside users can interact with your main content database. When you like one, you can drag it up to the Ideas are above, which will add it to your master content tracker and tag it as an idea. It'll retain the Submitter info.
